Deposit and final payments
We accept Major Credit Card, and Bank Wiring transfer to make the reservation. Your payment is not deemed made until Yarkon Tours receives it. Final payment is generally due 30 days prior to beginning of services by Credit Card or wiring through the bank. If we do not receive final payment by these dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. The transfer charge is on your own. The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read the Terms and Conditions of Yarkon.co.il and or Yarkon.co and or yarkononline.com and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.

If cancellation is received by Yarkon Tours more than 30 calendar days prior to the commencement of services the total price you already paid will be refunded without any penalty and surcharge except the credit card fee 3.5% or a bank fee charges Us$ 25 to 45.All refunds to the customer will be processed within 30 calendar days of receipt of the cancellation notice. The following cancellation fees apply to the paid travel and tour reservations:

If flight changes, including flight cancellations, are requested, revision fees and airline cancellation charges will apply. If an international-air-inclusive tour is cancelled after air tickets have been issued, the cancellation fee and penalty of the international air ticket will be subject to the airline’s own policies and rules. Yarkon Tours doesn’t charge any fees or impose any penalty for such international air ticket cancellation. After it receives the refund from the airline, Yarkon Tours will give the money back to the customer. Higher cancellation fees may apply for certain customized tours. The amount of cancellation fee will be specified when a booking is made. Cancellation charges also apply to additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to and after the tour.
Yarkon Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure. If a cancellation is made prior to the departure of a tour, the only responsibility of Yarkon Tours will be to refund to the passenger the amount we have received for the tour reservation. We will try to re-book the same tour, or a similar tour, with a different departure date. If Yarkon Tours has confirmed flights, we will try to confirm air seats for the selected new dates, subject to availability. Yarkon Tours will not assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Yarkon Tours.
Revision fees
A fee of US Dollar 30 per request will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Penalties due to changing flights may also apply. A change of a traveler‘s name, a travel date or a tour itinerary within 30 calendar days of commencement of services (50 calendar days for certain tours) will be treated as a cancellation. Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Participation and group size
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Yarkon Tours has the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.Some tours are either pre-formed group tour or private tour. You will be served by private English-speaking tour guides and private air-conditioned vehicles along the trip. A change of the group size will be considered an alternation to the original tour and a price change will likely occur.
Travelers who need special assistance
You must report any disability requiring special attention to Yarkon Tours at the time of the reservation. Yarkon Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but it is not responsible in the event that it is unable to do so, nor is it its responsibility for any denial of services by such service providers as airlines, hotels, restaurants and attraction sites.
Price Guarantee
All tour prices are in US dollar.
All the tour prices are subject to change before a reservation is made.  Once Yarkon Tours has received a deposit for a tour, the land tour price will be guaranteed, and any subsequent land tour cost increases will be at our expense, not including unexpected surcharges by airlines and hotels and any government tax increases.
Visas and Passports
Travelers are responsible for obtaining tourist visa and other required entry documents for travel to Israel. Travelers travelling internationally are required to have a passport with at least one blank visa page and valid for at least six months.
